About
Builders of homes, not just buildings
Peller buys buildings with good bones in established Athens neighbourhoods and rebuilds them into modern homes — structure, installations, insulation and finishes.
We work on a small number of projects at a time and stay with our buyers after the sale: residence permits, rentals and everyday life in Greece.
Our approach
Three principles
Rebuild what matters
We renew everything behind the walls — wiring, plumbing, insulation and windows — not only what you see.
Small and focused
A handful of buildings at a time, so every detail and every buyer gets attention.
Clear numbers
Prices, costs and yields are shown openly and marked indicative where they are estimates.
