Choose and reserve
View apartments in person or by video. Reserve your unit with a deposit while the paperwork starts.

Purchase
An independent lawyer, Greek tax number and bank account are arranged. The contract is signed before a notary.

Keys and residency
You receive the keys. We support the Golden Visa application and, if you wish, rent the apartment for you.
